Weekly Progress Reports


We will do weekly progress reports to track your progress and to make sure that the program is going as planned. This is also a great way for us to chip away at your ultimate goal. (Ex: Focus on dropping with 1-2lbs per week)

We will perform 1-1 zoom calls as needed throughout the program! These are great for coming up with solutions to your problems, to get encouragement from your coach, or to get more clarification on a specific training/task that we share with you.
